  It was a sunny day by the sea and this place had just one outside table with two seats. I was surprised that the seats were unoccupied so decision made. This was our first visit here. As we had been out for a walk we had coffee with cake on our collective mind - mid afternoon sweet stuff with the bonus of people watching.
  
  I had hoped that they would have lemon meringue pie as I'd seen this pie in another Deli Lites in Newry but I haven't yet tried it (there are 3 Deli Lites cafes within 6 miles of where we live). Alas no pie and their scone selection was poor - it was mid afternoon after all.
  
  So it was between a lush looking lemon drizzle cake or a Victoria type sponge with cream & fresh blueberries. We usually buy lemon drizzle cake from M&S and for a factory product it is really excellent taste.
  
  So the Victoria sponge won out (£2.95). It was delicious too. We also had a regular cappuccino and a regular flat white (£2.5). These coffees were excellent too. The service was ace from all the staff too. Top marks. They have free WiFi but it didn't function outside so if WiFi is important to you then sit in.
